Custom Design

We work closely with you to precisely design and personalize your order and don’t start carving until you are satisfied with the final proof. We start with your idea (or we can help with that), then finalize the right graphics and fonts.

Proofs

Once you contact us with your sign idea, our goal is to respond with an initial proof within 24 hours. Once the badge has been modeled, you will receive images of the rendering for approval. The text is added after approval of the basic badge, and we will send you a proof of that as well.

Turnaround Time

Once the final proof is approved, we do our best to ship your order within 14 business days. The whole process typically takes 3-6 weeks from your initial call. If you need a rush order, we will do what we can to meet your deadline.

Pricing

Prices start at $199 (plus shipping) for a 15” tall custom carved plaque with choice of message. There are additional charges for epoxy inlay and laser engraving messages on the back. Once you have determined the above, we can price it out for you.

Deposits & Payments

We accept all types of payment, including Venmo, PayPal (credit cards), check, and cash.

Shipping or Pickup

We work in the Pacific Northwest and can ship anywhere. We will give you an idea of the shipping fee when you place your order.

Outside of these terms, shipping averages about $28. This will be included in the final price of your project. We typically use UPS ground or USPS parcel post. You may also make arrangements for a pickup at our shop in Tacoma.
